How to connect Outlook 2003 to Exchange

 


This document is intended to help businesses requiring computer support in Torbay and help to connect outlook 2003 to Microsoft Exchange.

The following procedure shows how to connect outlook 2003 to Microsoft Exchange.

With yor mouse click: Start > Settings > Control Panel.

Select ‘Mail’ and click ‘E-mail Accounts’




Select ‘Add a new e-mail account’ and click ‘Next’

 

Select ‘Microsoft Exchange Server’ and click ‘Next’

 


Type the exchange server name and account name. Use the ‘check name’ button. Click next when the name is found. If you have problems at this point, double check the exchange server name.

 


Expect the following message and click 'Yes'
 

 

This should complete the task.
