1) Support - Telephone, Remote Control, On-Site

  • All our support technicians are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers.
  • In the first instance we attempt to resolve support calls by telephone.
  • If we cannot resolve problems by telephone, we employ remote control technology to securely access your computer and try to fix problems for you.
  • In the event of hardware failure - or if we cannot resolve problems remotely - we will send a systems engineer to you.

2) SystemEyes Proactive Monitoring of all Servers, Routers and PCs

Because your business is unique, we fine-tune the monitoring process and tailor our service for specific applications you use.

Our monitoring involves three stages:

Detail of computer activity is recorded in the event viewer.

Entries can be complicated and difficult to understand. Using unique tools we will interrogate event viewers on every computer, filter important information and send it back to our experts for analysis.

We do this for every computer, every day.

Analyse:

Analysis of event viewers highlights problems relating to:

disk space, memory errors, backup problems, unexpected shutdown, power on errors and many other processes that effect the smooth running of computers and the network.

Correct:

Our experts work to correct any problems we find.  We do this for every computer, every day.

3) Software Updates

Software updates help PCs to run more efficiently.  They reduce the risk of system failure, Malware and virus attacks.

* Ponticello will check all your computers and install security patches, updates and the latest service packs released by Microsoft, Adobe, Java and other vendors.

4)  Anti-Virus & Spyware

Anti-Virus software is vital.  New data files are released in response to new virus threats and regardless of how good anti-virus software is, there is no protection against the latest threat without the latest data files.

* Ponticello will ensure your anti-virus software is kept up to date.  We will advise on measures to reduce risk to your computers and the most suitable anti-virus software to install.

Anti-Virus software and firewalls do not fully protect your system against spyware and privacy threats. Spyware is commonly bundled with software downloads, attached to e-mails, or transmitted through networks so it can appear to be legitimate software, but once installed it can be nearly impossible to detect and remove without the help of dedicated spyware removal tools.

5) Back-Up

For peace of mind SystemEyes gathers performance data and analyses results. A summary report is compiled and sent to our clients at 08:00 each morning. The report confirms backup and anti-virus status, PC and Server health checks and outlines follow up action.
