We offer complete cover for business critical data - so if fire or theft make it impossible to access a local backup - copies stored securely in UK-based datacentres can be recovered.

Managed Online Back-Up from Ponticello is comprehensive, instantaneous, safe and flexible

Our back-up strategy ensures that:

Data on critical systems is backed up
All servers are completely backed up - including the operating system
Databases and email are fully backed up
If a server suffers a hardware failure, the back-up can be recovered quickly to a new server
We will lend you a server until your replacement arrives

We will lend a server free of charge for up to six weeks to Managed Service clients. This gives you time to order replacement hardware without having to rush.
